Gloster has three privately-owned homes listed on the National Register of Historic Places: Rose-Neath Plantation, located on LA Hwy 5 approximately 2 miles east of the town; Myrtle Hill Plantation House, a Greek Revival home and built by Robbins Brothers circa 1850; The Thomas Scott House, a Greek Revival house, was built by Thomas Scott circa 1858.
